Associate Broker and Managing Director

Hi, I'm Kaysha!

Fun fact: I'm named after a tree. Maybe that's why I'm so dedicated to helping people plant themselves in their homes and communities. I've been in real estate since 2017 and started my career helping my family buy and sell property. To me, real estate is about helping families create home, community and wealth through real estate which means I'm in it for the long haul with you.

Your Journey Home Begins Here

Owning your own home is one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever enjoy. But how much you know about the home buying process and whom you choose to help you can save you from unnecessary headaches and unforeseen hassles. There are many aspects of the home buying process that require explanation and the more you know the better position you will be in when it’s time to sign papers. This is where The Brava Agency and their team come in at offering the guidance, information, and assistance that only a qualified real estate professional can provide.

Let's Get Started

Step 1

Get Prequalified

What is my buying power? Starting your search before answering that question leads to missed opportunities. Let's get your buying power established first so we can find homes that work for you.

Step 2

Book Consult

Our consultation is not about us, it's about you. We focus on you and your goals, answer questions and outline a plan for your purchase. Our time together will make the process less stressful and save time.

Step 3

Intake Form

Just like a doctor's visit, our intake form is designed to identify information we need to get you started. It will take about five minutes to complete and will make sure we stay on target.

Step 4

Find the One

From buying new to building your own, find the home that makes your heart sing.
